We Are 100 Days Smarter!

The Kindergarten students celebrated the 100th day, and they did many things the "100" way! They counted by ones from 1 to 100. They decorated 100th day crowns to wear throughout the day, and they strung a necklace with ten sets of ten Fruit Loops. They even performed 100 exercises during Physical Education class.

The following day the students assembled a paper Dalmation dog. They added ten sets of ten spots to the Dalmation and then added one more for a total of 101.

The students continue to learn and practice letter sounds. They are using their letter sound knowledge to read and write many words.

  1. I am so proud of you all for learning your letters and sounds. I can hear you working on reading your books each week. I also know that you are memorizing your sight words! How wonderful! Remember to read, read, read at home with your family!
