Time Flies When You're Having Fun (and Learning, too)!

We have completed one semester of Kindergarten already, and the boys and girls have learned so much! The students are using their letter sound knowledge to read and write words, and their sight word vocabulary has grown to include "a, and, the, of, in, to, it, is, on, he, was, for, are, that, you, as, with, his".

The students have been working on reading and writing numbers to 100, also. They are looking forward to celebrating the 100th Day of School on January 28, 2009.
